The optical snoot accessory for the SUB5KW converges your light to a bright focused spot, perfect for smaller macro subjects.
The snoot comes with a clip attachment that mounts on the SUB5KW. To deploy the snoot, simply pull it off the clip and place it on the SUB5KW light head. The snoot connects magnetically, allowing for a secure attachment which is quick to deploy and remove.
Snoots on video lights help prevent illuminating the subject’s background while keeping the subject brightly lit. Combine this with the SUB5KW to create an extremely versatile compact video light for both big and small creatures!
